These terms govern your use of the Snoozless app and this website. By using Snoozless you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using Snoozless

Snoozless is provided to help you wake up on time. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app or its services.

Alarms are a tool, not a guarantee

Snoozless aims to be reliable, but no software can guarantee an alarm will ring in every circumstance — device settings, low battery, system updates and hardware faults are outside our control. Do not rely on Snoozless alone for safety-critical wake-ups.

Subscriptions

Snoozless offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Snoozless Pro. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies.

Refund requests

If you ask Apple for a refund on a Snoozless subscription, Apple asks us for information to help it decide. When that happens we tell Apple three things: that the subscription was delivered and working, that a free trial was available before you paid, and — where we have grounds for a view — whether we think the refund should be granted or declined.

We do not send Apple your name, your email address, your alarms, or your wake-up history. We use your Snoozless activity only on our own servers, to decide whether we have any reasonable basis for an opinion. Where we have none, we say so and leave the decision entirely to Apple. Apple decides every refund; we do not.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected], and we will stop sending Apple anything about your refund requests. Withdrawing consent does not affect your subscription or your access to the app.

Referral rewards

Referral rewards are offered at our discretion and may change or end at any time. We may withhold rewards where we detect abuse or fraudulent activity.

Intellectual property

The Snoozless name, app, and content are owned by us. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without permission.

Disclaimer & liability

Snoozless is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Snoozless after a change means you accept the updated terms.
